This event is organized with a focus on sustainable development and responsible management, as inspired by the BNQ 9700-253/2010 standard (level 3).

  • Surplus food will be donated to the “La Maison du Père” organization.
  • Drinks will be served in pitchers and reusable dishes will be used.
  • Recycling and composting stations will be available onsite.
  • Proceedings will be available online for download or an usb drive.
  • “Carbone boréal” carbon credits will be purchased to offset GHGs generated by the event.
